An intimate evening of gastronomic delight, featuring flavors from two beautiful and culinary focused regions in Spain: Asturias and Galicia.
Abel Álvarez, a genius in the preparation of seafood delicacies from Asturias, and the mastermind behind Güeyumar conservas, will be preparing six different plates featuring his signature chargrilled tinned seafood conservas. The tasting menu will consist of 6 of the most premium tinned offerings from the catalog of Güeyumar including a few surprises that Abel and his team will bring to share with us.

Xurxo Alba from Bodegas Albamar is one of the most exciting and vibrant minds in the world of wines from Galicia. We will enjoy 4 of Xurxo's wines as he guides us through the tasting and his projects in Rias Baixas.
