Add the crushed tomato to your paella pan or round casserole that has some olive oil within, then a cup of your calasparra rice to mix in. Follow that up with the full El Paeller seafood broth (it packs a punch, so you'll flavor the rice wonderfully.) Let it cook in and the liquid reduce, once it's finishing up you can add the mussels to the top of your rice in a beautiful formation. You'll have a beautiful rice in no time.
