Real Conservera Española - Mackerel in Olive Oil
"Caballitas en Aceite de Oliva" Delicious and tender small mackerel wild caught from the estuaries off the coast of Galicia. Each mackerel is hand picked and lightly roasted and grilled before being packed individually into each tin.
They are presented in whole, with a beautifully distinct color, compact texture, flavor and aroma.
This tin was awarded Best Canned Seafood in the World in the category of Mackerel. It also ranked Top 3 in the category of 2021 World's 101 Best Canned Products from the Sea.

Recommendations:
Eat the mackerel slightly chilled if possible. Lay it on an open face toast, mix into pasta or a salad. But if you want to eat them straight from the tin, that's great too.
