This cheese is made from a blend of two of the most natural resources from Asturias: cow’s milk and natural cider. The two are mixed together to make the curd, and made in an artisan way to deliver subtle apple flavors accompanied by the lactic and buttery character of cow's milk. The natural cider provides floral and fruity aromas resulting in a lovely harmony.
