A beautiful medley of cultures and our star product. It's slightly spicy with deliciously smoky hints of imported Pimentón de la Vera spice right from Spain, mixed with pork sourced here in the USA.
Thin Spanish-Style Sausage, typical of the regions of Navarra, Aragon and the Basque Country. Despaña Brand Chistorra is made with pork, Pimentón De La Vera picante, and a blend of spices which gives it a complex flavor profile.
Also known as blood sausage, it's a unique Spanish delicacy made from pork blood, onions, and spices. It's one of the most special products that we manufacture. Morcilla has delicious, rich flavor and is a staple in many Spanish kitchens.
A bite-sized cocktail link. Mini in size but full of flavor! Made with the same high-quality ingredients as our regular sized chorizos, except with a higher concentration of spicy Pimentón. The hot, smoky paprika awakens your taste buds with a quick burst of big, spicy flavor. 
Our very own traditional chorizo, but with an even spicier twist. For those who like it hot!  We use a higher concentration of Pimentón de la Vera picante to enhance its smoky and spicy flavors. We also decided to keep it in its classic packaging.
The mini vela! Made with all natural pork meat, this chorizo is seasoned with a higher concentration of sweet Pimentón de la Vera from Extremadura, giving the pork and fat content an even more intense smoky flavor.
Made with small peppercorns giving this meat a delightful, peppery taste. This dry cured sausage is so savory and delicious, it's perfect on its own, as part of charcuterie and cheese platter, or in a bocadillo (sandwich). Any way you slice it, it’s delicious.

We brought this family recipe from Northern Spain in the early seventies, and ever since then we have taken pride in preparing every batch of Despaña Chorizo to delight food lovers from all cultures and backgrounds.
