We deliver in Manhattan and Brooklyn. For other areas in New York City, you can place an order for UPS delivery from our Nationwide website at www.despanabrandfoods.com or choose pickup from Despaña Fine Foods & Tapas Cafe at 408 Broome St, NYC.
Our delivery hours are from 12 PM to 6 PM, Tuesday through Sunday.
Yes, same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 11 AM. Please call our SoHo store at (212-219-5050) to confirm availability.
Delivery fees are determined by the courier based on your location. All fees are paid directly to the delivery provider. We encourage a 10% tip for your driver, which is paid by the customer.
Yes, please ensure someone is available to receive your order. If no one is present, the order will be returned to Despaña Fine Foods & Tapas Cafe for pickup or rescheduled delivery at an additional cost. If instructed to leave the order in a secure location, you assume all responsibility for the order.
