TORO ALBALÁ Vinegar Pedro Ximénez Gran Reserva
Bodegas Toro Albalá has been making vinegar of the highest quality for decades. The Vinagre al PX is made from a base of high quality, fine wines to which Pedro Ximénez grape are added. The result is a vinegar with an excellent aromatic complexity. Their production is artisan, their long aging takes place in Castillan oak barrels.
