Acorn-fed, free-range pork blended with smoked paprika and garlic, this chorizo is aged for two months in the mountain air of La Alberca. Chorizo Bellota wonderfully marbled fat is much richer, smoother, and delivers more intense flavor, which marks a unique balance.
