Following strict guidelines, the official Cochinillo de Segovia Quality Brand establishes that the weight and welfare of the animal are guaranteed to ensure tender and unbelievably tasty meat. The typical weight of this product is between 9/-10lbs.
This product is imported straight from Spain. It can be stored for up to 1 month in basic refrigeration and 2 years if frozen and vacuum packed.
