Crafted from purebred 100% Ibérico pigs of the rare Mamellada-Lampiña lineage, this exceptional ham is the result of centuries of tradition and careful breeding. The pigs are raised freely in the dehesas—oak-dotted pastures—where they forage naturally on acorns, herbs, and grasses, contributing to the meat’s deep, nutty flavor and melt-in-your-mouth texture.

Each ham undergoes a traditional curing process averaging 48 months (four years), allowing flavors to develop slowly and naturally. Recognized for its outstanding quality, this jamón has been awarded “Best 100% Ibérico Acorn-Fed Ham” six times at the prestigious Great Taste Awards.
