Delicately marinated in vinegar and packed in sunflower oil, these Boquerones en Vinagre from Conservas Arlequín are a true taste of the Cantabrian coast. Made from fresh white anchovies (boquerones), carefully cleaned and hand-prepared, they are bright, tender, and perfectly balanced between acidity and richness.

You can prepare these boquerones by garnishing them in a bit of high quality finishing olive oil, and covering them in some freshly chopped garlic and parsley. One of our favorite appetizers from Spain!

Pickup is only available from Despaña Fine Foods & Tapas Cafe in SoHo. Orders need to be placed 24 hours in advance of pickup.
