Pablo Garrigós Jijona Soft Almond Turrón Torta
A round torta of soft Jijona turrón, the creamy, spoonable style that Jijona is known for. Garrigós makes it with toasted Marcona almonds and orange blossom honey, which gives it a smooth, rich almond flavor. It’s made in Alicante, Spain, and it’s the same recipe as the classic Jijona bar in a shape that’s easy to slice and share. Cut it into thin wedges for a holiday dessert table, a cheese board or a gift basket.
