La Catedral de Navarra has made it their mission to preserve that tradition in every jar, working with local growers to capture vegetables at peak season and pack them with nothing but care and quality.
This Crema de Espárragos is made from the prized white asparagus of Navarra — delicate, slightly sweet, and deeply savory. Slow-cooked and blended into a velvety cream, it delivers an elegant, restaurant-quality soup straight from the jar. No shortcuts, no fillers — just exceptional produce, preserved at its best.
Heat gently on the stovetop and serve as a first course, or use as a base for a more elaborate dish. A drizzle of good olive oil and a few toasted almonds makes for a nice addition as well.
