The canned mussel keeps all its nutritional value including the unique source of vitamin B12, great for the nervous system and the heart. Sure, they have wonderful health benefits, but these are succulent and delicious. Cabo de Peñas uses a pickling recipe to marinate these mussels that is one of our favorites of all that we’ve tried on the market.
