Rosara Cooked Asturian Fabes Beans Extra. These are the famous large JudiĆ³n de la Granja beans. Despite their large size, they are very fine, tender beans, with a surprising, almost butter-like texture. They are prepared very traditionally, as are all Rosaraās prepared foods, and this shows in their tenderness, with no noticeable skin, and with an all natural taste.
