Essentially Basque x Despaña Bundle

Bring Essentially Basque: Bringing Spanish Cooking Home to life with the ingredients to start cooking from it. Chef Ryan Bartolo's new cookbook names Despaña as a place to source authentic Spanish ingredients, so we built a bundle of essentials for a Basque-inspired table to go with it.
Start with a platter of Fermín grain-fed Ibérico ham, Don Bocarte Cantabrian anchovies, and tangy guindilla peppers, the pickled chilies you'll find in pintxo bars. Pan-sear our mildly spicy Despaña Chistorra, a slender sausage made right here in New York with smoked pimentón de la Vera. Then finish it all with a drizzle of Aubocassa Arbequina extra virgin olive oil from Mallorca.
Despaña has been bringing Spanish food to New York since 1971, when we started as a chorizo manufacturer. These are ingredients we know well, and the book is a great reason to start cooking with them. Vamos, and enjoy!
