FLOR DE SAL NATURAL
On the southern coast of Mallorca, where the waters of the Mediterranean are among the cleanest in the world, lies Es Trenc — one of Spain's most pristine natural salt flats. Here, using harvesting methods passed down since the time of the Phoenicians and Romans, Flor de Sal d'Es Trenc is collected by hand from the surface of shallow evaporation basins, where sun and wind do the work nature intended.
Flor de Sal Natural is the purest expression of this exceptional salt — unblended, unrefined, and rich in naturally occurring minerals, trace elements, and magnesium. The crystals are delicate and irregular, with a clean salinity and a subtle mineral depth that finishing salts simply cannot replicate.
Use it as a finishing salt on anything that deserves the best. A drizzle of olive oil, a torn piece of bread, a perfectly cooked piece of fish — this is the salt that completes the dish.
