Sherry Vinegar. A delicious gourmet wine vinegar that's made from sherry -- a fortified wine that's produced in the province of Cadiz in the town of Jerez de la Frontera. This product is used extensively in Spanish cooking and is a lovely addition to vinaigrettes, stews and sauces.
