Vinagre de Jeréz Reserva. The best Palomino Fino wine is selected to create this extraordinary Reserve Sherry Vinegar (the aging process is even more elaborate than the 25 Years Reserve!). The intense mahogany color and balanced flavor, with hints of vanilla and almond, make this a very elegant sherry vinegar. Sherry vinegar gives salads an extra “oomph” and makes amazing glazes and marinades.
